Eli Refurbishments
Building Refurbishment & Restoration Contractors
Romford, Greater London
Eli Refurbishments carries out home refurbishment from Romford, working in houses and flats across Havering, east London, the rest of London and Essex. Eli has 13 years in the trade and has run the business under its own name since 2024, with a team of three to four.
Most work happens in homes where the family is still living. Typical jobs are kitchen and bathroom refits, from strip-out to tiling and plumbing connections, and new floors in laminate, LVT, engineered or solid wood. The team also handles carpentry such as internal doors, skirting and fitted wardrobes, staircase renovation with new handrails, spindles or glass balustrades, interior and exterior painting, silicone render, and fences and gates.
When a project needs an electrician or a Gas Safe engineer, Eli arranges them. Every job starts with a free site visit, and the price is given once the property has been seen.
Open Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm.
