With over 20 years of administrative experience, I am your first point of contact for all of your office requirements. I believe that working as a team with my clients, can provide a smooth running surrounding and so, getting the job done quickly and accurately. I am able to mix well with my clients and I am always open to new experiences that can help to get the job done well, making me eager and willing to learn. Trading as White Collar PA, I am competent in dealing with all office and administration requirements with relation to audio typing, word processing, text processing, data entry, document formatting, mailshots, mail merge, presentations, spreadsheets, internet and internet research, meeting organisation, diary management, travel booking requirements and event booking.
My knowledge and experience is varied and includes duties such as copy typing, stationery ordering, mail duties, minute taking, email, internet, liaising with clients and associates, supporting in the production of necessary documents amongst others.
I am able to produce reports, letters, faxes, memos, brochures, booklets, flyers, a curriculum vitae and other required documentation.
I am capable of communicating with clients over the telephone, in person, via email or Skype with confidence. Confidentiality is an important part of working life, never disclosing information to outside individuals is a must.
My written and oral communication is of an excellent quality.
I am more than capable of completing work tasks proficiently, undertaking any changes in circumstances at short notice. Our keyboard skills are excellent and our knowledge and experience of office procedures is varied.
